Chain has been one of our favorite clients to date. Not only because the owners are BJ Novak and Chef Tim Hollingsworth, but because they are an extremely alternative brand that is shaking up the status quo for food commerce and marketing. Chain is a food first experience, with major focus on audience acquisition, engagement and delight.
As with all young brands, there was no real voice or cohesive direction when Chain got to our doorstep, so we worked with Justin Waaland to create a visual language for the brand, applicable to all media; from the video content, to the dining experience, to the social media.
